I first heard Jon Bone play last summer at a mutual friends rooftop social. He was mingling about for a bit before he played. A seemingly quiet and shy guy, fairly unassuming. Then he grabbed his guitar and started to play and just totally came alive. This HUGE voice was bouncing off the nearby buildings as he filled the neighbourhood with his catchy mmm-chicka, mmm-chicka reggae flavours. So, months later, I fired up this project and Jon contacted me one day saying that he'd be interested in doing a naked.jams session, so I was pretty stoked. I knew it would be great and had this vision of Jon on the beach, strolling around barefoot, in the sand while he played for us. But, we couldn't wait that long.... so we got together on a cold, windy and kinda rainy evening instead... and laid down a few tracks. Have no fear though... Jon and his cohorts will be back this summer to bring us the real reggae vibe the way it should be enjoyed.......

Jon Bone is an incredible talent. He seems to get such great joy out of performing for people and spreading his reggae tunes to the world. If you get the chance to check him out live, GO!!!!! You'll be glad you did.
