Aaron from playitloudmusic.com (see bottom of page for link to his site) suggested I check out Kemal Evans' music. He thought it would be a great match for the project. And he was totally right. Kemal has a great sound, a great style and his music is something that hasn't been heard before on naked.jams, so I was really looking forward to shooting with him. He lives down on the south end of the island though, and i don't get down there to shoot as often as I'd like, so settting it up was gonna take some work. Luckily he was willing to come through Nanaimo on his way back from shooting his new music video over in Van (stay tuned to his website for that!!!).

We hooked up on a monday evening... what started out as a nice and sunny day quickly all went sideways when the clouds opened up as I was on my way downtown to meet him. Things turned our way though as the clouds parted just as we were trying to figure out where we were gonna shoot. So it all worked out. A leisurley stroll around downtown turned up some great locations for us... and we had a blast on this shoot. There's some great variety in these songs (Kemal even drops some rhymes for us), so make sure you watch them all!
