Robin was the first person to hit me up after posting the very first session so, I was happy to finally get around to doing a shoot with her. One thing I've really been conscious about maintaining with this project is diversity. Robin definitely has a very different sound and style than everything else I've done so far and I really wanted to keep a balance of guys and gals. We thought that Colliery Dam park would be a great setting for her style so we met up there and shot 4 songs in about 40 minutes. It was bloody COLD too... so here's a nod to Robin for making her fingers work in the subzero temps... and to James for holding the big metal pole with the microphone (and not licking said pole, as tempting as that can be when it's below zero). Speaking of big metal pole and microphone... gotta do it... thanks to Music Maxx for setting us up again!!! Best little, big music shop in Nanaimo!!!!
